About me
I am driven by how leadership shapes the way people experience their work—how they grow, connect, and contribute in meaningful ways. I believe effective leadership requires clarity, honest collaboration, and a commitment to impact. I partner with leaders to navigate today’s workforce challenges by aligning people, priorities, and decisions—through coaching, team alignment, and practical strategies that lead to meaningful action.
I bring more than 25 years of experience in human resources and organizational consulting, partnering with global firms such as Deloitte and Willis Towers Watson, as well as in strategic consulting roles where I worked closely with senior leaders to align people, culture, and business priorities across global organizations.
Throughout my career, I have partnered with leaders and teams to navigate complexity, cut through competing priorities, and turn insight into clear, actionable decisions.
My approach is grounded in both practical experience and a deep understanding of how people and organizations operate. I bring a candid, thoughtful, and pragmatic perspective—helping leaders focus on what matters most, challenge assumptions when needed, and move forward with confidence. In global environments, this often includes strengthening self-awareness and cultural agility to lead effectively across diverse teams, geographies, and perspectives.
In my corporate career, I served as the strategic compensation leader for Kohler Company outside the United States before moving into a talent leadership role focused on change management, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and global leadership development. Prior to Kohler, I was a senior global HR leader at Jones Lang LaSalle, where I led employee engagement and global mobility programs.
In addition to my consulting and coaching work, I am a Clinical Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior at Purdue University Northwest. I teach courses in Leadership, Business Ethics, Nonprofit Management, International Business, and Organizational Behavior, with a focus on helping students translate theory into practical, real-world application.
I am also a certified assessor of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) and a certified Adult Mental Health First Aid provider.
I have my PhD in International Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology with a specialization in organizations and systems. My Masters of Public and International Affairs with a concentration in Human Security Studies is from the University of Pittsburgh, and a Bachelor’s degree with a double major in Political Science and International Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
